Kololo Game Reserve is situated in the beautiful province of Limpopo, South Africa, in the heart of the Waterberg biosphere. Vast, peaceful and incredibly beautiful, this is a fascinating destination with a rich cultural legacy and a natural splendour, +/- 3 hours drive from Johannesburg.
Accommodation
All 15 self catering chalets have en-suite bathroom and fully equipped kitchens. Halets range from 1 – 3 bedrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests. The superior chalets also provide telephone as well as a wireless internet access.
Facilities
Kololo’s Restaurant provides many facilities. Guests can also unwind with a book in front of the fire or share your game experiences with the other guests over a drink in the bar area. Kololo's restaurant can seat up to 90 guests, is available for private functions and is disabled friendly.
The (heated) swimming pool is located in front of the restaurant, surrounded by a wooden terrace with sun beds and parasols. Drinks and snacks can be ordered from the restaurant. The swimming pool is available at no charge to all guests.

Kololo Game Reserve lies adjacent to and has access to Welgevoden Private Game Reserve, which has the Big 5. Guests can visit the park in Kololo’s open game drive vehicle with your driver/guide. Welgevonden has beautiful savannah's, rivers, lakes and mountainous landscapes.
Classified as a safe game reserve it means that no dangerous animals reside on the reserve and guests are free to explore the many walking trails (from 2 - 15 km), either on foot or by mountain bike, at no extra cost. Spend hours identifying the flora and fauna in the reserve, surrounded only by the sounds and sights of nature.
