Concealed in the rich expanses of the malaria-free PilanesbergNational Park, Bakubung, or the “Place of the Hippo”, has 75 luxury rooms in a beautifully tranquil setting. Accommodation

There are 66 chalets, beautifully situated in a horse shoe around the Hippo Pool, with two bedrooms (one twin, one double), two bathrooms, a separate lounge/dining area and full kitchen facilities. Activities
The lodge offers game drives all year round, either in the early morning or late afternoon. Along with the 'Big Five' you may also see the nocturnal brown hyena, cheetah, hippo, crocodile and even sable.
